At RPM SXS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.
Package Your Items
Ensure all apparel is in its original condition with tags attached and placed securely in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
